Basic Uses : Seaboard RC Tack Coat is used as a treatment to a bituminous surface before resurfacing.
Limitations : DO NOT HEAT container.
Application : Seaboard RC Tack Coat should be applied to a surface free of all foreign matter. This material can be applied by brush, squeegee, or spray equipment and should yield a coverage rate of 150 square feet per gallon.
Storage : Seaboard RC Tack Coat can be used year round and the only protection would be from weathering on the container.
Composition : Asphalt - CAS 8052-42-4, Mineral Spirits - CAS 64741-41-9
