Low solids, non-yellowing acrylic copolymer. Available as a VOC compliant water-emulsion that is freeze-thaw stable and will work with carpet and tile mastics.Meets: ASTM C-309, Type I, Classes A & B - AASHTO M-148, Type I, Classes A & B
