A self-adhered, coal tar elastomeric (CTEM) waterproofing membrane. Its primary components are coal tar pitch, PVC, and DuPont ® Elvaloy ® KEE resin. It is a black colored membrane and comes in 36”’ x 50’ rolls.

- Has a 2” dry selvedge along one edge for hot air welding.
- Resistant to oils, greases, petroleum products, acids, bases, glycols, and many other chemicals.
- Will not support biological growth such as molds or algae.
- Will not allow root penetration.
- Can be applied horizontally under poured concrete or pavers.
- Can be used for a roofing top sheet.
- Can be used in a low, or zero slope application
- Compatible with most sealants and coatings
